In this fun, hands-on class, our chefs will show you how to make beautiful doughnuts, fillings and icing.
Come along and learn how to make two fantastic handmade ‘Penistone Pork Pies’ using hot water pastry and a traditional savoury pasty with a melt in the mouth short crust pastry to take away and enjoy with the family.
This class will concentrate on the do’s and don’ts for pie fillings and how to perfect a pasty. Once you’ve perfected these, there will be no limit to your pie creations – take your creations and your new skills home in time for dinner!
