This course is jam-packed, and intensive, and emphasizes furniture-making and tool use. We teach traditional carpentry that uses interlocking wood-to-wood joinery without the use of hardware. At the end of the class, we will be handing out a resource list to help you set up your own workshop and practice further.
We are a couple who have separately explored their love for wood and art over the years. Between us, we have tried building & refurbishing furniture, wood carving, whittling, wood finishing, etc., and are currently blending our skills to create unique pieces of wall art and shelving and furniture.
