Managing safely is a 3-4 day course designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders and safety representatives in any sector, and any organisation.
Phoenix Training is working in collaboration with Hundred Acre (GB) Ltd to be able to offer IOSH courses. The courses are delivered by Emma (Phoenix) and/or Bridget (Hundred Acre).
Managing safely is a 3-4 day course designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders and safety representatives in any sector, and any organisation.
This course will equip delegates with the knowledge and tools to deal with health and safety issues that they are responsible for.
The course modules are:
Introducing managing safely
Assessing risks
Controlling risks
Understanding your responsibilities
Identifying hazards
Investigating accidents and incidents
Measuring performance
Assessment:
30 question, multi-format assessment paper
A risk assessment based project
Upon successful completion of the course delegates will be issued with an IOSH Managing Safely certificate.
Phoenix Training was established on the 18th June 1983 and was originally part of the Co-operative Society. In 1990 David Nesbitt took over the helm after a management buyout and Phoenix Training has been independently owned and managed since. The company has operated within Northamptonshire from 1983 to date.
