Phoenix Training was established on the 18th June 1983 and was originally part of the Co-operative Society. In 1990 David Nesbitt took over the helm after a management buyout and Phoenix Training has been independently owned and managed since. The company has operated within Northamptonshire from 1983 to date.
Why do we do what we do? Let’s face it, forklift trucks are dangerous pieces of equipment. Every year there are numerous serious and fatal accidents involving workplace machinery and we want to do everything we can to prevent these from happening.

Managing safely is a 3-4 day course designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders and safety representatives in any sector, and any organisation.
This is a short occupational safety course aimed at people with responsibility for carrying out risk assessments within an organisation.
We have designed a working at height course that can be tailored to meet customer requirements
The aim of this course is to provide an understanding of the Abrasive Wheels Regulations as amended by the Provision.
All manual handling training is performed by either City & Guilds Manual Handling Instructor or ITSSAR Instructor.
