From Scratch learn to mix, knead and bake 3 classic Irish Breads. Our award-winning Irish Stout wheaten, is moist and rich! The classic Soda, with a twist, and finally, Champ Potato Bread (there might even be a fried egg to top it all off)
The Belfast Cookery School was born out of love for great food and our desire to share our experience with you. Our classes cater for all ages and abilities–designed to awaken, enliven and revitalise a passion for cooking
The five hour workshop includes demonstrations, instructions and guidance on how to make, shape and bake a selection of British breads.
Make your own Christmas fresh herb stuffing, parmesan shortbread biscuits to make amazing canapés, root vegetable gratin, pigs in blankets, devils on horseback, a stunning moist chocolate traybake, and Guinness bread.
This spring, squash’s resident baker, julie filain is running monthly sourdough bread-making workshops where we will make our very own sourdough focaccia!
Fancy trying out some more unusual bread recipes? This class covers all the steps and techniques to produce two delicious breads, the bagel and the pretzel, using a mixture of familiar and less every day real bread making techniques.
