ISO:22000 Food Safety Systems Certification Auditing (Based on ISO 19011 and ISO 17021) is offered by Sabs Training Academy. Courses accredited with the Southern African Auditor and Training Certification Authority (SAATCA) under Registration Number (020).
The introduction course provides the participant with an oversight on the requirements of ISO 22000:2018 standard. Our course is designed for personnel who are responsible for the understanding of the food safety management systems.
This module presents a systems approach to food safety that answers public health concerns, reduces sanitation risks, and ensures satisfaction for food establishment guests, staff members, and owners.
This course is recommended for students that are in a management position in either land-based or sea based hospitality or catering. To register for this qualification, learners are required to be 14 years of age or above.
The Food Safety & Hygiene level 2 course is a requirement for everyone onboard that deals with the preparation or handling of food, so this involves both the chefs and stewardesses and stewards in the interior department.
