DurationOn completion of this course students will have a basic level of knowledge of the language, culture and geography of Italy. Topics include: social greetings, introductions, restaurant, shopping and price enquiries, talking about family and age, counting, days, months, seasons, arrivals and departures, telling and asking time, street directions, enquiries for bus stops, general enquiries, bookings, hotel reservations, renting a house, hiring a car, asking for petrol, public transport and basic grammar.
Students will participate in role play, activities and basic conversation. Some short educational videos about Italy may be used. The teacher is a native Italian tutor.
