Course Details

During this full day course, you’ll learn how to make delicious dishes inspired by Italy. The menu is made up of flavourful authentic food. You will master making homemade pasta and you will even create your very own authentic Italian bread.

Steph has years of experience cooking and will ensure you leave with all the know-how you need to recreate these dishes time and time again (and plenty of tasty Italian food).

  • Meat filled Tortellini – Tortellini are ring-shaped pasta originally from the Italian region of Emilia (in particular Bologna and Modena). Traditionally they are stuffed with a mix of meat (pork loin, raw prosciutto, mortadella), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, egg and nutmeg.
  • Goats cheese and beetroot filled ravioli – The beetroot imparts a rich earthy tone with a creamy tangy finish from the goat’s cheese.
  • Stirato bread – A stirato is made with a pre-ferment called a biga.
