For all Bread lovers who love Japanese Milk Bread/Shokupan, the best version of soft white bread is greatly known and loved for its milky-sweet taste and pillowy softness. Shokupan is a Japanese word for its long rectangular or square loaf of white bread. It is soft, fluffy and fine-textured with a delicate crust, and slices easily.
Made to enjoy breakfast toast, sandwich bread, sando sandwich and more ways to eat with it. Do you even know that Japanese Panko is basically bread crumbs that come from Shokupan without crust. In Japanese, “Pan” is bread and “Ko” means flour, meal, dust or powder.
This lesson is not about baking the Shokupan bread as I will also teach you how to prepare and make an express dessert to whip up Matcha Custard cream and plating it within 15 mins. There will be a few methods on how to make this Shokupan into another level of dish on a plate. Come join me in this workshop to bake together if you love Japanese Shokupan.

Over the years, we have talent-hunted many instructors to offer a broad range of classes ranging from 3D steamed bun modelling, cake decorating, bento making, nonya kueh making to bread and pastries baking.
As one of the most popular baking studios in Singapore now, we customised our baking lesson for both adults and kids alike, offering a space to enjoy the therapy and fun of baking!
In this course, participants will prepare and assemble the components of two 'Yumilicious' Breads. Herb and Olive Focaccia and Chocolate
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making 2 types of Loaf Bread using 2 different types – Tangzhong and Yudane Method.
The aim of this module is to enable learners to design, prepare and produce a range of Café style and Sourdough breads. They will learn to evaluate and improve the quality of Café Style and Sourdough breads Bread.
Demonstration of each recipe by Chef Christine Lau followed by hands-on session by participants.
