All in person language courses will comprise of online practice activities, pre-class videos and weekly, in person teaching, delivered by a tutor to groups of no more than 20 learners. Courses will last for 10 weeks, with 1 x 120 minute in person teaching session each week.
All online language courses will comprise of online practice activities, pre-class videos and weekly, live online teaching, delivered by a tutor to groups of no more than 20 learners. Courses will last for 10 weeks, with 1 x 90 minute live online teaching session each week.

Japanese course is offered by CZ Languages. Our courses are taught by highly qualified and experienced teacher who are extremely dedicated to ensuring you leave with all the necessary skills to broaden your horizons and never be lost for words again.
SOAS Language Centre provides language tuition in Japanese at Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels for the general public and students. We cater for the language learning needs of individuals, companies, private and public organisations and government departments.
Our dedicated in-house team of professional linguists is supported by a network of highly-qualified consultants, language trainers, translators and interpreters, each with their own sector and country-specific expertise.
All our language classes are centered around our students and have been designed to develop practical language skills. Each course will run from September to May. Each week you will attend a two-hour class to help progress and consolidate your learning around the four core skills of listening.
