Through ACE-Japanese course, I have been able to engage in conversation with local Canadians as I have practiced interpreting the news in North America. Also, I could prepare myself for CILISAT as I translated articles and interpreted dialogues of the topics from the test. Through the help of my teacher, I learned to use higher quality sentences in English and corrected my pronunciation too.

An introduction to foundational Japanese. Emphasis is placed on grammar, syntax, and writing, as well as aural/oral practice. Initially students will learn to read and write the hiragana syllabary followed by the katakana syllabary.
