Japanese Language Course Levels
The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) was established in Japan and has been available in other countries throughout the globe since 1984, including India, to assess language proficiency in Japanese.
In Japanese script, Japanese is referred to as “Nihongo.” Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji are the three scripts used in the Japanese Language. The Japanese Language is split into five levels: N5, N4, N3, N2, and N1. N5 is the fundamental level, N4 is the elementary level, N3 is the intermediate level, N2 is the pre-advanced level, and N1 is the advanced level.
The Japanese Language is written in two ways: horizontally and traditionally. Horizontal writing is done the same way as western writing, but traditional writing is done from the top left to the bottom left.
