We offer classes in A.D.A.P.T. Tap & Jazz, R.A.D. and I.S.T.D. Ballet, Acro, Musical Theatre/Improv, Conditioning, Contemporary, Zumba®, Intro to Dance (4 year olds) and Mini Movers (walking – 3 years). Classes are offered at both the recreational and competitive level.
At PKS Dance Elite Ltd. we use our passion for dance to educate, nurture and develop a love of the arts in an energetic and fun environment filled with compassion and understanding.
Typical class structure continues starting with a warm-up and muscle stretch to develop and improve flexibility. Emphasis is placed on the importance of energy, rhythmical accuracy, and style.
A fun-filled class for those who would like to learn contemporary dance movement and it is an excellent form of exercise. Accompanied by today’s most popular music, you will kick, leap, turn and have a good time while developing the technique of this form of dance.
