The Cadence school, under the direction of Sylvie Domingue, offers quality and pleasant education in a warm environment that meets the needs of its customers.
Since 1990, several events have contributed to the development of the school such as the numerous shows, the creation of the Troupe and the Folklore Ensemble and the various training courses.
The school is distinguished by the excellent training and the great competence of its teachers who teach in their specialty. In addition, many of our students have chosen to continue their journey in the professional world of dance and do us honor on the national and international scene.
Finally, the Cadence school has hosted within its walls several artists from the professional world including Andréa Boardman, Louise Lecavalier, Steve Bolton, Sylvain Brochu, Line Binette, Maryse Blanchette, Lucie Boissinot and many others.

Hip Hop classes are offered by The Dance Theatre Performing Arts. Locking, popping and street jazz and hip hop all combine to make this jazz discipline a unique and fun dance art.
Students will combine quick and sharp movements with slow and smooth movements to create eye-appealing combinations learned and practiced in class, as well as learning a choreographed dance for a year-end performance.
Your little one will be a star ready to go. This class includes a warm-up followed by age-appropriate dance combinations to fun, age-appropriate Hip-Hop tracks
Hip hop moves are inspired by complex & versatile rhythms; this dance style appeals to everyone! Â Hip hop can be performed by anyone who wants to learn - the dance's use of music makes it fun to perform as it captivates audience and dancer alike with its mixture of both sharp and fluid movements.
Classes range from 30 minutes to an hour. Students should wear a bodysuit, fitted top or t-shirt and jazz pants, leggings or joggers are acceptable. Jazz shoes or ballet slippers are acceptable.
