 Ballet, Tap, and Jazz is a technique focused pre-intermediate dance class for young dancers who are serious about learning to express themselves through dance.
Jazz Dance Classes are offered by Evolve Dance and Fitness. Our warm, family oriented, and friendly environment is a place where you can bring your children to expand their knowledge of dance as a fine art; study the many different styles along with their history; develop technique and more.
In Jazz, students will engage in learning and executing jazz technique and performance skills by using a mixture of methodologies, most which are ballet based. Movement qualities include clean strong lines, isolations, and syncopated rhythms.
Jazz is an energetic style that focuses on a variety of moves, steps, leaps, and turns. Students will focus on flexibility and technical skill while performing across the floor and center combinations.
