Each class begins with a full body warm up, moves to flexibility training, technique and skill practice and an end of class combination. Jazz class is a fast paced environment and captures the attention of all dancers, young and old.
This class will benefit from our goal setting program. A program that teaches children to set appropriate goals and chase them. Interested in more? This class is scheduled back to back with our Junior Academy Intro to Tap.

This beginner program allows students to take the 2 most popular forms of dance in one class. The jazz/hip hop class teaches fundamental jazz steps and combines the elements of hip hop moves and contemporary music.
ADAPT students are able enjoy quality technical training, supporting good competitive values along with enhancing stronger performance abilities.
Step onto a Broadway stage, or walk on set of your favourite pop music video. Jazz dance explodes with energy as it has you kicking and leaping across the floor to some popular show tunes. We offer various levels and styles to get you moving.
