Some examples of the techniques our jazz students will learn include progressive stretch exercises and age-appropriate conditioning exercises to strengthen muscles, increase agility, control, and power in dance combos.
We progressively train all relevant Kick, Turn, Jump techniques, and body isolations. We aim to keep the dancer motivated to reach their full potential as a technical dancer.

Pom Dance is a fast paced, energetic style of dance made up of strong pom arm movements (clean, precise, sharp motions) while allowing for the use of concepts from Jazz, Hip Hop and Kick.
