Children often start to study Modern Jazz when they are a little older and their physical structure is stronger.
This is a strong dance style. The subject opens up many new opportunities for dancers and combines some of the skills from the ballet and tap syllabi.

Jazz classes don’t follow a syllabus, instead featuring a wide variety of modern choreographic styles.

Jam Dance’s aim is to teach and inspire their students to develop their technical knowledge and ability as well as instilling confidence and passion for dance and performance.
The teacher adapts the routines to suit individuals so this class is suitable for all levels (except professional level).
Jazz is an energetic, rhythmic and passionate style of dance that fuses the techniques of ballet, contemporary and modern techniques to modern music.
