Classes begin with a warm-up that focuses on stretching, conditioning and developing body alignment.
After the warm up, each class will focus on developing the technical and stylistic qualities of Jazz dance through corner work and routines.

Pupils begin the class with a warm up which involves isolations, cardio steps and a stretch. They then learn routines in all three disciplines which will vary from week to week.
Jazz dance classes are offered by SR Dance Academy. We provide dance classes to children and adults. We offer a safe haven for students to meet new friends, express themselves through dance and overall build self esteem.
