From sexy, jazzy Chicago to high energy 60s style Hairspray to emotion-filled dances from The Greates
iDance Vancouver is an inclusive drop in studio that encourages, empowers and entertains the dancer in all of us.
We currently offer open-level dance classes for adults and have two convenient locations in the heart of Mount Pleasant and Kitsilano.
So no matter your level every body can dance.
Jazz Dance course is offered by Dance Studio East. It is our mission to provide our students with quality instruction so they can attain a level of professionalism without leaving the province.
Dancers will build upon their Ballet technique, working on dynamic and vibrant movements dancing to upbeat music.
Jazz has its foundation in technique and is considered an expressive, stylistic form of dance, essential to the study of many other genres.
This maximizes personalized attention and quality instruction. All classes are once a week, with the exception of Christmas and March Break. We are open on all holiday Mondays except for Family Day.
Jazz classes are offered by The Dance Theatre Performing Arts. An exploration of the various styles of jazz dancing from lyrical to hip-hop, funk and the blues.
