​Kathy Marfin’s Dance School first opened in San Antonio in 1979. Since that day, we have prided ourselves on providing a safe, professional and fun environment for children to learn the art and love of Dance.
Jazz Dance Class is offered by Uptown Dance Center. Our mission at Uptown is to provide students of all levels with more than just dance classes, but a unique experience in which the student can grow both mentally and physically as a dancer.
Jazz Dance Classes are offered by Dance Center Chicago. We sell our classes monthly sessions of 4 weeks in a session. Each monthly session starts the first week of the month.
Jazz is fun class that combine technique, terminology and movement with popular pop and R&B music to teach students classical, jazz funk and commercial jazz. Our Jazz class teaches jazz technique as well projection of dance movements and showmanship.
Class begins with a structured, progressive warm-up that emphasizes technique and flexibility. Following warm-up, class moves into choreography that is dynamic and energized - be prepared to get moving, and to let that tension go!
