A dancer must be at least 5 years of age in order to study jazz. These dance classes offer a strong focus on stretch and dance technique.
Classes are available for all levels and dancers will be placed at the correct level of ability. Catherine developed the syllabus for jazz and method of teaching herself!
This dance class allows you to learn either the "jazz" style or the "lyrical" style
Students will begin with a warm-up followed by a variety of stretching and strengthening exercises before working across the floor on turns, leaps and kicks.
