Velocity Dance Center has implemented measures to ensure the safety of our dancers and instructors. The health and safety of everyone who enters our doors is our top priority.
To keep a safe studio environment, we ask all students and staff who are ill to stay home, have put in place frequent cleaning and disinfecting policies, follow the current mask-wearing ordinance and social distancing rules.
Our dance classes are 60 minutes lead by our amazing instructors who bring something fun and unique to every class! You'll start with a warm up or across the floor, and learn some choreography. We have a varitey of styles
Jazz dance is an exploration of style and presentation. Classes emphasize musicality and body alignment, conditioning, stretch and strengthening, rhythm and stylization as well as fun and innovative choreography
Jazz Dance Classes are offered by iDance Studio for all ages and skill level. Our intent at iDance Studio is to ensure that all our students have a wonderful experience in our classes as well as the opportunity to find joy in the art of dance.
Jazz as an art form has evolved over time. However, turns, leaps, and kicks will always remain the core of our work. With a solid warm up at the beginning of each class, our Jazz program strives to improve not only the dancers’ skills, but also the strength and flexibility behind the movements.
Jazz class at DancEast is fun and energetic, and it allows dancers to showcase their individual styles through unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns.
