We offer music classes, choir, and keyboard for students over 7, as well as the opportunity to participate in a number of ensembles and orchestras. We also offer music awareness classes for 5 – 6 year-olds.
Classes are held in the East Block of Southland Girls' High School, Tweed Street, Invercargill.

We offer music classes, choir, and keyboard for students over 7, as well as the opportunity to participate in a number of ensembles and orchestras. We also offer music awareness classes for 5 – 6 year-olds.

Our private keyboard lessons are tailored to suit your child’s individual needs and preferences. We create a progressive curriculum that engages your child, hones their skills, creates a solid foundation in terms of technique, music theory knowledge and understanding.
Students are taught piano fingering techniques with an introduction to primary chords. Previous musical experience (e.g. Music Basics) is desirable for young beginners.
Encore Kids Music Classes aim to strengthen kids' musical foundation by teaching them the basics of music playing and music theory in a fun and engaging way!
Here at Ignite Arts Academy we run the Simply Music keyboard programme. Simply Music is the largest playing-based music education institution in the world.
Keyboard lessons are offered by Frank's Music School. In his own teaching, Frank’s focus is on CCM Voice Coaching (Contemporary Commercial Music); Contemporary Guitar/Bass Tutoring & Pop, Rock and Jazz Band Training.
