We offer a wide range of products and services for individuals and groups from basic fitness training for the novice to peak performance training for the experienced athlete or martial artist. From rehabilitation to circuit training and body conditioning. Intensive, practical self-defence courses and complete traditional martial arts systems. We currently have over 25 Personal Training clients and 250 students operating out of 5 locations within the Birmingham area.

K1-Kickboxing training is a representation and combination of numerous Martial Arts, such as Kickboxing, Kung-fu, Kyokushin styles, and Taekwondo combining most of the basic elements of other Martial Arts styles for training, self-defense, and combat fighting.
K-1 Kickboxing focuses on explosive techniques, footwork, and striking combinations tailored for both competition and self-defense. Its simplicity and effectiveness have made it a go-to style for many MMA fighters, providing them with the tools needed to excel in the stand-up aspect of the sport.
Kickboxing course is offered by KickFit Martial Arts Academy. Master Richard Hudson's method of instruction involves training his students in a wide variety of skills, constantly showing new ways and techniques to counter attacks.
