From rehabilitation to circuit training and body conditioning. Intensive, practical self-defence courses and complete traditional martial arts systems. We currently have over 25 Personal Training clients and 250 students operating out of 5 locations within the Birmingham area.

Kickboxing Fitness is an effective form of cross training that incorporates a combination of kick boxing movements including punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, cardio vascular endurance and muscular endurance.
