Learn the basics or work on advancing your skills in this flexible Acro class! Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class. Our experienced acro instructor will guide the class towards increased flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration.
This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique, teaching such skills as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance and contortion tricks.
One of the best things about dance is that there are so many genres to choose from. Our Miami dance studio offers a wide range of lessons to match every dancer’s preference.
Some of our most popular dance lessons are ballet and hip hop. But you can also take acro, contemporary, jazz, and tap dance lessons at our studio. Our lessons have varying levels of difficulty to accommodate a more diverse group of dancers.
Our top instructors teach everything from beginner to professional levels. It doesn’t always have to be serious, though. For example, we offer Slay Fitness for adults who just want to have fun while toning their body.
Acro is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context
Acro Dance Classes are offered by San Antonio Ballet School for all ages and skill level.
Incorporates both the acrobatic and gymnastic techniques. We place strong values on the teaching of proper mechanics of the tricks.
Students develop strength, coordination and flexibility while learning acrobatic exercises on the mat (splits, rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, etc.) Each child receives individual instruction and progresses through the levels at his/her own pace
Acro dance class is designed to help young dancers develop the strength and flexibility that this unique form of artistry demands.
