Every Individual is given a table with a set of equipments and ingredients. We use only ingredients available in the local market . Students are encouraged to ask questions and suggest their own ideas.
We dont go by the flavours / colours / number of items covered in a class etc.Instead we talk about methods / consistencies / texture /faults in baking, students are not confined by the products or recipes done in class, they are given the foundation and confidence to explore the world of baking on their own.....
We take only FIVE students per session, so individual attention is given.......

All recipes are given in printed format. After each session, participants are encouraged to go through these and reinforce their learning.

In each class you can learn 4 – 6 dishes.
The training involves knowledge of handling tools and precaution taken while using sharp materials, hot cooking procedures.
The content is focused at teaching various methods of preparation & may vary with individual student’s needs towards learning & time frames.
This program engages children and youth in constructive baking practices. The practice excites them to follow their learning’s as future hobby and profession.
