Meet The Founder

Anchal Bhalla is a home-grown chef who believes that willingness to soil your hands is the only superpower needed to whisk any and every kind of food. Food caught her fancy when she was only 5 years old and since then the kitchen was her favorite hangout. Her natural love for food is something she has inherited from her father, who taught her that the basis ingredient for any recipe is ‘Love’.

"Wherever I travel, I attend cooking courses to learn the regional cuisines. It was during one of my trips I realized that every food has a story, a legacy and a cultural nuisance attached to it. There came the idea to share the knowledge of my wonderful home cuisine and culture. The journey which began back then, still continues – meeting travelers, sharing experiences while cooking & eating together!"

Cooking Studio

Our beautiful cooking studio is in the heart of Delhi where each corner has been imbibed with an abundance of warmth, love & elation. We strongly believe in sustainability and our interiors are all upcycled.
