Though martial arts is not viewed as a team sport, students will learn to help others, be leaders and empower others to do their best.
Students will not only be trained to defend themselves physically, they will also learn to protect their minds and use "Verbal karate," that will allow them to use their words to stop a physical altercation from occurring without having to throw a punch or kick.

Our Junior Karate program is based on the Kaizen Ryu Freestyle Karate system. This class is an even mix of fun and hard work targeted to teenagers, everyone is welcome.
Chidokan Karate-Do is a style of Karate that originated from Shotokan Karate-Do. Â Many of the training techniques, kata and kihon are identical or very similar to those seen in most other Karate Dojos.
Trifu Dojo offers karate training for children that not only strengthens them physically but also creates a mental fortitude that cannot be easily tainted by bullies or hardships in life
Our Coaches are proficient and professional instructors with backgrounds in traditional karate and self defence. You will get a class full of traditional karate, simple self defence as well as have fun with age appropriate games and drills.
