Young Chefs® Academy (YCA) is a unique culinary experience which offers cooking classes to children aged 3 to 17 in a safe environment that encourages discovery and creativity. Each visit to Young Chefs® Academy is a new experience with fresh monthly themes and exciting new programs.
At Young Chefs® Academy, we take the fear, mystery and the unknown out of cooking. In addition, each class and event incorporates supplemental subject matter which ties into each theme. Our staffs of highly qualified teachers, chefs and nutritional experts carry out our mission to provide an interactive learning experience that gives children the opportunity to develop a life-long love for the culinary arts. Hence, they may grow up to become self-sufficient in the kitchen, leading to a healthier, more independent and well-rounded generation.
Our mission:
To teach children the joy and value of cooking in a safe environment where they can learn; where they are always respected, listened to and involved in the learning process; and where each child feels connected to and be part of the cooking experience.
Our cooking class is an enrichment activity for children where legitimate culinary skills are developed in conjunction with real educational applications like mathematics, science, geography, history, reading and social studies.
Young chefs will learn basics in:

• Dining etiquette

Under the expert guidance of our experienced instructors, children will learn the art of crafting scrumptious cheesecakes from scratch, using simple yet delicious ingredients.
Kids Course is designed to teach children the background and relationship between food and science, learn to cook under the guidance of our instructor and eventually enjoy the yummy food they made. Kids can develop a healthy eating habit and learn basic culinary in a fun and happy atmosphere.
Making your own mooncake is a fun and satisfying process. Kids will have a terrific time learning how to make snow skin from scratch, wrapping the snow skin around the filling and moulding them into little works of art.
