In this course you will learn about bacteriology and sterilization, structure of skin, skin problems and skin type evaluations. Theory includes the information about the Enzymes, their uses along with the AHA, Glycolic peels, Hyper-pigmentation peels, Acne peels, Melasma peels and more.
The Microdermabrasion program is designed to teach the students about the variety of Microdermabrasion treatments available on the market. We teach the students with one of the more popular Microdermabrasion machines in the aesthetics market; the “S.T. Peel”.
It allows for greater product penetration of skin care products and creates a flawless canvas for makeup. Class theory includes a review on skin and skin typing, contraindications, and indications. Students will work on their body, each other and two models.
