MarShere was established in 1981 by Mark & Sheryl O'Donoghue at a school hall in Burwood Heights, Melbourne. From it's first class, they have since developed a system of tuition based on family and caring. In having a family themselves, it allowed them to develop a special formula for not only the individual, but for the entire family.
What has made MarShere so successful is that this business is based on the three basic reasons why people dance: to learn, exercise, socialise. Samba dance classes are offered by Sydney Dance Rhythms. Samba is a travelling dance so it progresses quickly around the floor with plenty of rhythm and movement at the waist and the legs.
The class is always new and energetic, yet steps will be broken down without sacrificing the fun and energy. Learn the samba step along with many other vibrant, fast paced, sensual and connected movements. You will get a workout, you will smile.
This is a non partnered class designed to build dance confidence as well as doubling as a fantastic fitness workout. Get ready to swing those hips and shake ya booty to the Batucada beats. Let’s Samba!!
