In class students learn moves and combinations that help build their strength in this style, as well as learning new routines every few weeks.

This is a question asked more often than anything else when you talk about contemporary & Lyrical....what is the difference? The truth is its very subjective, I believe that Lyrical follows the classical technique with the added contemporary technique but contemporary is all grounded.
