This course will appropriately challenge and develop your current leadership and management practice. Course contents are based upon the current challenges in healthcare delivery in the 21st century. The course primarily seeks to address a key question: what are the strategies to enable healthcare leaders balance the requirements of an increasingly complex and evolving healthcare environment with the challenges of meeting patient expectations?
