Whether you have never held a pair of knitting needles in your hand before, you used to knit and are returning to it again, or you know how to knit and want to learn to purl, our Learn to Knit class is right for you. In this class, you will learn the knitted cast on, the knit stitch, the purl stitch, and a basic bind off.
You will use these to knit practice swatches in garter stitch pattern and in stockinette stitch pattern. Best of all, Learn to Knit sessions will be offered several times a month, so you can take the one that works best for your schedule and repeat the class if you need a refresher on these techniques. Ages 13 and up. (Call for questions regarding kids classes)
