Working relationships with your internal and/or external customers are greatly influenced by your ability to communicate effectively. We are all born with a certain style; a certain style of behaving. In this workshop, you will learn about your style and the styles of others.

By understanding your own style and learning to recognize it in others, you will be able to use that insight to help build collaborative teams, improve communication, reduce conflict and enhance your overall performance as well as that of your team.
