Level 1 Basic Hairdressing

Level 1 diploma qualification is the beginning of your career in hairdressing trade. Your qualification will introduce our students to the basic elements that are needed to know and enable them to work on a range of practical skills in real working environment.

This course is generally catered to students with the necessary skills and knowledge on elements of Health and safety, team work, communication skills and practical skills such as shampooing, basic styling, coloring, blow drying, perming. This qualification is designed for people who want to prepare for further learning or training in the hairdressing sector.

On completion of this course students will gain a qualification in Level 1 hairdressing and then be able to progress on Level 2 Diploma in Hairdressing or employment.
