Dance class is an excellent time to develop self-awareness and self-management, and these skills go with the dancer after they leave the studio. A typical class structure includes exercises done at the barre, in center and across the floor.

Ballet Dance Classes are offered by Dance Studio 111 for all ages. Apart from honing their dancing skills, we also instill good character traits in our dancers. Our teachers inspire students, teaching them life skills they can carry off the stage.
Ballet dance classes are offered by Volume Performance Center for beginners. On the floor exercise to increase flexibility. Proper posture at the beginning and ending of class move in time with the music. Execute specific ballet moves without demonstration.Â
This Session teaches ballet and jazz technique. Session focuses on increasing strength and flexibility while continuing to develop proper technique, gain a sense of musicality, vocabulary and develop artistry.
