Health and Safety law states that Information, Instruction, Supervision and Training are important measures required in order to control risks in the workplace.
Most businesses can gain great benefit from a trained workforce, in fact, an untrained workforce can be a liability and a Health and Safety nightmare if things go wrong, which they will sooner or later!
Food businesses need to ensure that their workforce can produce safe food for their customers, occasionally staff will need to deal with someone who has been taken ill or injured in the workplace, in fact, do your staff know what to do in the event of a fire or use correct lifting and handling techniques? Every business needs trained competent staff, it makes good business sense!
Our Aim
To be the number one choice for training in the North West region
Why we are a bit different
Right Start Training recognise that employers need skilled competent staff, at a reasonable price at a time that fits in with the needs of the business and causes the least amount of disruption to the business in terms of time and costs.
Our aim is to train your staff to the highest standards, not just supply a certificate that has no real value. We will always strive to work with the client, working around the needs of the business, even if that happens to be at the weekend, in the evening or possibly split over multiple training sessions.
Our clients are also usually pleasantly surprised at our prices which are realistic and very competitive.
During this one-day course, you will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, shock, wounds, catastrophic bleeding and minor injuries.
First Aid course is offered by Training Hub for all skill level. All our courses are designed in a way to comply with all legal aspects under the Health and Safety at Work act 1974 and satisfy the requirement for "First Aider at Work". Independent evaluators individually assess candidates.
Emergency First Response Secondary Care (first aid) covers injuries or illnesses that are not immediately life threatening. Participants focus on secondary assessment and first aid through knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice.
