This course is run over two-days and allows for re-certification of First Aid at Work qualified staff. By arrangement the course can be run on non-consecutive days, for example – one day a week over two weeks.
Employers have a legal duty to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. First aid at work can save lives and prevent minor injuries from becoming major ones.
This qualification meets the requirements for training first-aiders in those organisations that have identified that staff need to be trained to this level within their first-aid needs assessment.
