This course is designed to ensure that participants have the skills and knowledge required for the operation of a powered industrial truck equipped with a mast and an elevating load carriage to which is attached a pair of fork arms or other attachment, for licensing purposes.
On successful completion of this course including the practical component, you will be issued with an AS1 Form and Statement of Attainment for TLILIC0003 - License to operate a forklift truck, which will be required to complete your online application form with Worksafe Queensland, you can click here to apply (apply here)
Course Requirements
Be able to read and write basic English (Workplace Health and Safety requirement)
Pass a language, literacy and numeracy assessment (LLN)
Minimum 18 years of age (Workplace Health and Safety requirement)
Provide three forms of identification
Wear steel-capped or safety boots on site
Sun protection is also recommended (hat, long-sleeved shirt and pants).
