The Little Ninjas Program focuses on improving 4-7-year-old children’s basic motor and listening skills, giving them a more confident, enthusiastic outlook. By developing these skills, they become better students, better listeners, and more ambitious towards the future. Our program encourages positive development in a fun and motivating environment.

A Typical Kids Kickboxing Class
Our martial arts classes vary each session with fun exercises, games, and techniques. However, most classes follow this structure:
Warm Up: Stretches and gentle exercises to get started
Pad Work: Learning punches, kicks, and self-defense techniques
Fitness Games: Fun activities that enhance fitness, coordination, and flexibility
Life Skills: Practicing discipline, coordination, and important life skills
Stretch Out: Full-body stretches for a balanced cooldown

Kickboxing Fitness is an effective form of cross training that incorporates a combination of kick boxing movements including punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, cardio vascular endurance and muscular endurance.
Our classes are designed to encourage personal growth, teaching discipline, respect, and focus. We believe martial arts training is an excellent way for children to develop physical strength while also enhancing mental resilience, in a positive and supportive environment.
