Humble beginnings in the north
It all started back in February 2015 with our first branch in Sembawang, quietly tucked among a row of shophouses along Jalan Tampang. As a small and humble baking studio, we made up for our lack of size and prestige with energy and passion. Since the beginning, we strongly believed in eagerly sharing our expertise and love for baking with everyone.
Growth to the center and the south
Thanks to the overwhelming support of our students and fans, and the good fortune of hiring more like-minded and passionate bakers, Baker's Brew has been able to grow from strength to strength. In 2016, we opened our second studio at Upper Thomson, followed by our studio-café concept at Paragon a year later in 2017, providing convenient access for our customers in the center and south of Singapore.
Our purpose
Baker’s Brew was founded with the purpose of spreading the joy of baking and quality cakes. We achieve this by providing two core services: Baking Classes and Celebratory Cakes. The spirit of these services are encapsulated in the following two mottos:
Our Kitchen is Yours! As your lifelong baking partners, we provide hands-on baking experiences at all two of our studios. Our instructors embrace and enjoy imparting their nuggets of baking wisdom to all our students.
Besides our recipe-based classes, we also love hosting private parties as well as corporate workshops, where we integrate our baking curriculum into you or your company’s special occasion for a more enjoyable and memorable experience!

For every customised cake, our specialised cake decorators will bring you on a journey of creative discovery as we co-create that unique cake of your dreams.

Work with both gum paste and fondant to sculpt and create stunning and edible works of art. Join the Creative Culinaire team who’ll take you through the entire process of working with said types of decoration.
In this class, you will learn how to prepare a 6-inch peach jelly no-bake mango cheesecake. Then, complement the masterpiece with the mini no-bake mango cheesecakes with strawberry Sakura/flower motif.
Focusing on the art of presentation, this course is designed to help you master the art of decoration. Baking cakes definitely requires skill but decorating them is an entirely separate art form.
