The acronym R.A.C.E. stands for Radical Application of Creative Energy and is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in Oklahoma City. We strive to provide our collective with intentional, inclusive, and empowering artistic experiences through our performances, community collaborations, and RACE the Space classes.
Our Lyrical classes are based on solid Ballet technique with a strong emphasis on personal expression. We instill in our dancers the connection between emotions and movements and the importance of "telling a story" through dance.
Lyrical Dance Classes are offered by Dance Studio 111 for all ages and skill level. Apart from honing their dancing skills, we also instill good character traits in our dancers. Our teachers inspire students, teaching them life skills they can carry off the stage.
Lyrical dance classes are offered by The Studio for all ages and skill level. At The Studio, we provide options for all levels of interest and ability by offering classes at varying levels of difficulty, ranging from beginner to advanced.
A fusion of ballet and jazz techniques. Students learn musicality and expression by understanding how to listen to music. Current enrollment in a Star Dance ballet class is required.
This class is a combination of ballet and jazz that challenges dancers to use choreography and movement to interpret music and express emotion. Dancers learn to express emotions derived from lyrics to convey the dance’s meaning and tells a story through every movement made
