Often there is a concept or story dancers are working with to find ways of expressing emotion through their bodies. Improvisation is used to help dancers explore their movement more deeply and personally.
We have professionally trained instructors that thrive on quality technique and have a true passion for the art of dance education. With classes in every level of discipline including ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, tap, tumbling and fitness our students get what they are looking for in a dance studio.
Our students are also proud performers who participate in our annual In10sity dance concert and in several community dance performances. We offer private dance lessons too.

Lyrical Dance Classes are offered by Hip Hop Dance Junkies for all ages and skill level. We provide our clients (singles, couples, or groups) with a more personal experience to focus on anything that they want to excel at.
Lyrical dance is the fusion of Ballet and Jazz dance. Dancers will learn to express themselves through song lyrics and improve their musicality while blending ballet technique with the style of jazz. Students are encouraged to take a ballet and or jazz class in addition to this class.
Lyrical focuses on the emotional aspects of dance while combining the technical elements of ballet with the freedom, fluidity, expressiveness and airier aspects of jazz, contemporary and modern.
Our Lyrical classes are based on solid Ballet technique with a strong emphasis on personal expression. Â We instill in our dancers the connection between emotions and movements and the importance of "telling a story" through dance.
Lyrical Dance Classes are offered by Gena's School of Dance for all ages and skill level. Genas dance school has been a fun studio for many years. We are certified through dance educators of America.Â
