Our tutor Lap-fai Lee will reveal the secrets to making them at home without fail. In this lesson he’ll show you how to make the classics; salted butter caramel, dark chocolate, lime buttercream and white chocolate and rose.
This course takes place on a weekday evening from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at Loaf on Stirchley High Street (Pershore Road), South Birmingham. You’ll feel right at home here, and everything you learn will set you up for bringing your own kitchen alive. All refreshments, equipment, recipes and aprons are provided.
Please note, this course is not suitable for Vegans (eggs). The ingredients are gluten free (ground almonds). Please email us if you need to know more about the allergens in this course.

In this course we’ll touch on 2 classic and very different French Breads. We’ll also show you how we laminate pastry dough to create some authentic Croissants and Pain au chocolate.
