Our Mission
We strive to make a difference through innovative training and coaching programmes which motivate and introduce new knowledge and skills. Above all, we aim to help all our clients become the very best that they can be.
A proactive approach that raises awareness of the symptoms of stress and provides staff with practical techniques to help develop coping strategies.
We do also offer more specialist workshops based on the individual skill set of our practitioners and events that are occurring in the academic calendar. For example, our practitioners who specialise in learning difficulties may offer a dyslexia help workshop, or there may be an anti bullying works...
Stress is known as “the silent killer” and to ignore its symptoms often will lead to a breakdown and possibly a long-term absence from the workplace. The course explains how to spot stress, how to control it, and also gives many techniques on how to overcome stress and how to establish a stress...
The aim of this programme is to raise awareness of what ‘stress’ is and how to manage it, improve organisational performance, and reduce sickness and absence.
In this practical workshop session we will explore ways of including young people of all ages who experience anxiety some of whom may well be on the autism spectrum.
