This 8-week course explores the reasons why we experience strong emotions such as anger, fear, sadness and guilt and how they affect us. This course is suitable for those wishing to take the first steps into exploring the reasons behind their own strong emotions.
This 8-week course explores the reasons why we experience strong emotions such as anger, fear, sadness and guilt and how they affect us. This course is suitable for those wishing to take the first steps into exploring the reasons behind their own strong emotions.
Some tools and techniques will be introduced that can be used in a variety of circumstances to help participants better cope with and manage their own strong emotions.
Each participant will be required to attend a pre-course assessment with a course facilitator, before being accepted .
Please note, that this course is limited to 30 spaces across Oxfordshire, per a course programme.
