To accomplish this, these expectations and relationship parameters MUST be derived from an open and honest discussion with your customer.  You MUST establish the ground rules of your relationship.

Another of the Selling Solutions programs is “My Sales Blueprint”, a strategic 4 stage process to help you get and keep customers.  As a registrant of this program and as an added value, you are eligible to download a copy of the “My Sales Blueprint Template” for your use.  **This template will also be utilized in the “Goal Setting” and “New Business Development” courses.

Use section 4 of this template to complete the lesson assignment and to document all integral steps of your “Customer Nurture Program” along with a fool proof action plan to achieve.  Save your work and continue to monitor and upgrade the template as you progress.

As Manager of National Accounts, his team was instrumental in winning a nationally recognized 7 – concept restaurant chain representing 130 locations and a portfolio of over $65M. As a contracted interim Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a leading national dental and medical provider, Jerry successfully grew revenues and profitability by 11% year over year through the implementation of proven selling techniques and fundamentals and a consistent value proposition nationwide. Over the past several years, Jerry has fulfilled contracts as interim Director of Sales, Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for numerous national organizations. In EACH case, the end result was a dramatic and positive change in the performance of the sales team resulting in enhanced sales performance, revenue and profitability. Having natural leadership and coaching abilities, Jerry has acquired a solid reputation for effective training through the facilitation of value based sales strategies and proven selling methods and techniques. Many of his coaching and training skills have been honed as the facilitator of the “Professional Selling” course at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario and the author of “20 Hours to Sales Success”, an interactive online sales training correspondence course.
